A Community-Led
Emergency Food Service
About Us
New Parks Community Mission Food Bank is a volunteer-run charity delivering emergency food support across Leicestershire and Rutland. We operate using professional referrals to ensure help reaches those most in need efficiently, respectfully, and responsibly.
Unlike many organisations, we raise all our funding internally. This self-sufficiency model strengthens our independence, resilience, and ability to respond quickly to community needs.
Our ambition goes further than food. We are working towards becoming a community food hub, supporting people with education, employability skills, and practical resources to reduce long-term dependency and empower lasting change.
More than food. A community mission. Building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
